A simple CMS with a URL like /index/med_knizhki/0-9?

Good afternoon! The task is to transfer the site from Yukoz to any CMS while maintaining the URL of the form site.ru/index/med_knizhki/0-9
The problem is that I didn’t find it on any CMS so that all "/" would not cut off, it is necessary that it is the usual static page that looks like /index/med_knizhki/0-9
