I know that there are such services for translating applications, where you enter application strings that require translation and users translate them into languages they know on their own.
Give links to such services, preferably free and describe their pros and cons, if possible.
I need to translate a couple of my small applications into other languages.

I have not seen such services specifically for software, but notabenoid.com allows you to collectively translate anything.
