A question about marking in 1C - how to enter a QR code into 1c if it has already been accepted in an honest sign?

They accepted the goods in an honest sign before moving to a new 1s, the codes were verified, everything is ok ..
but after moving to a new 1s, when trying to ship the goods, of course, 1s does not recognize these codes ..
when trying to enter codes through reconciliation, an error pops up on the goods receipt invoice that this code belongs to the company "(Our company) (our TIN)".. i.e. according to TIN 1s, it does not check whose code, but simply checks whether it is in the database on the server and only ... when trying to assign a code in IS MP, it writes that "code is in circulation" ...

Hence the question: how can I download and to assign a marking to the nomenclature in 1C, if it has already been accepted in an honest sign?

Old documents are not uploaded to the "Acceptance of Goods of IS MP" ((only fresh ones, which, honestly, have not yet been accepted ...
