A project management system (or bug tracker) with client access?

Prompt a project management system (or a bug tracker) with access for clients and differentiation of rights for clients. That is, I can manage several projects from different clients, and each client can come in to inquire about the progress of work, as well as add their own tasks and bugs. Preferably out of the box or Saas.
