I am developing a block diagram and I already understand that it will be inconvenient to use it.

Therefore, I want to translate the schema into a database indicating the dependencies between the key blocks: Block 2.1 - Predecessor Block 1.1 - Subsequent Block 3.1, etc.
Is there any software that could visualize such a database into a similar flowchart?
