How to find clients for presentations?

Good afternoon.
I work in a corporation with senior executives. One of the parts of my work besides analytics is data visualization and creating presentations of various formats (with a corporate strategy; reporting; for top speeches at conferences; a new product release or system implementation). I do it quite well in general. Although, of course, there is room to grow.
Prior to my arrival, such things were ordered from professional design agencies. I don’t know how much it cost, but according to conversations, it’s not very cheap.
I know one small company (3 people) - 80 thousand for the project.
Now to the point - how to find clients for this kind of projects in order to carry them out on a private basis? Structuring, analysis (if required; strategy and marketing consulting possible), full concept and style development and rendering. In terms of time - 10-14 days per project, in terms of money - 50-60 thousand.
This is cheaper than contacting any agency and more reliable than hiring dubious freelancers. My portfolio is slowly but surely growing, I draw more and more things on my own.
I didn’t find anything on freelance sites that fit my format: primitive tasks, 800-1000 rubles, 25 applications / project.
How to find such clients? As I understand it, these should be companies from Moscow or start-ups with money... I
plan to make a website with a portfolio, no more ideas yet.
