A program to monitor and statistics of running programs/chrome tabs, etc.?
Good day!
Once upon a time I saw a program for monitoring activity on a computer, now I can’t find it, the Wishlist is like this: I’m
mainly interested in running programs, how much time was spent in one or another (that is, which one was in focus), and the display of chrome tabs (you can just headers, no addresses, etc.).
Ideally, of course, more screenshots with a given frequency.
Tell me what is it called? Free for Win.
PS keyloggers, tracking file changes, etc., as well as unnecessary functionality is not needed.

Catch from my piggy bank:
• https://RescueTime.com - automatically logs in which applications / sites you spend time, and displays detailed statistics. A free account is enough for the eyes.
• https://ManicTime.com - like rescuetime, automatically logs applications and websites + powerful standalone time tracker. Very flexible in settings, sits in the tray, has hotkeys, different types of timers. Paid. Article danila.org.ua/otrabotannyie-chasyi-moy-podhod
• https://timingapp.com/ -- analogue of manictime and rescuetime
