A program for printing on ready-made forms of service certificates, is there such a thing?

Good afternoon!
Please tell me if there is a program with which you can print on ready-made forms of certificates.
That's the problem, there is a ready-made form for a service certificate, it is necessary to type in the full name and position of the employee. Is there any way to automate this process?

In any program, even in Word, you make a template so that you can enter the necessary information.
Then you set up this template for a specific printer and paper type, so that the information from the template falls exactly into the right places on the form.

In Corel, it seems that it would be possible to write scripts in VBA.
Once you adjust the fields with handles so that they match in size and position, then it remains only to assign values \u200b\u200bto them.

Previously, ABBYY had the FormFiler program, which could be used to feed a scanned form, place the necessary fields on the scan by hand, and print only the entered text on new forms.
If there is no form with empty fields, but you need to fill in the fields in an electronic document, then I sculpted a form with the necessary fields on Delphi, made a template document in MS Work with the text like $FirstName$/$SecondName$, and then through OLE I made a replacement for the text of their fields. The versatility is zero, but it was enough for a knee-length craft.
