A platform for voting and discussing ideas?

There is a task to find a convenient and transparent platform for discussing new ideas and voting for them. It seems to me like something similar to Dropbox Vote, where users can submit their idea, where they can leave comments and their additions, and a counter that will allow you to vote both for and against individual ideas. Recommend platforms that are sharpened for this.

At one time, google docs was able to do this relatively beautifully.
