Firstly, they have a sucky screen - small, not contrasting. Secondly, the numeric keys are not really needed by the grandmother.

So, we are looking for a phone with a large screen 2-3", with a very contrasting theme (black and white is perfect) and large fonts and with clearly marked four or five keys - up and down for scrolling through contacts, two handsets and a button for calling up the contact list. I gave this to my grandmother for her birthday.
Two SIM cards, of course, are superfluous, but I did not find another in a short period of time. The buttons are large, the letters on the screen too. Extra at least. There is a red SOS button on the back, you can set up to three numbers on it where the phone will call and / or send a specific SMS.
