A particularly cunning miner or a cool virus? And then and then?

When connected to the Internet, the CPU load soars from 10% to 90%! As soon as I open the Task Manager to see what the computer is loading, the load drops to acceptable values. After 30 seconds, the Task Manager window closes itself (same with Process Hacker 2)! An attempt to install an antivirus is blocked. When you visit antivirus sites / download antivirus, the browser closes or does not allow you to enter the site! The behavior is similar to the miner, but it does not load the video card, but the CPU. Tell me what can be done, I really don’t want to demolish Windows (

Dr.Web LiveDisk or other anti-virus software that can be downloaded in Live mode.
But if you do not have experience in such matters, I strongly recommend copying important data and formatting the disk with a system reinstall. Since there is not a single antivirus that is guaranteed to clean the PC.
I strongly recommend not to use this computer without a complete reinstallation of the system. Otherwise, even after cleaning with an antivirus, your passwords may fly into the network, bank card data entered on different sites, the webcam and microphones (if any) may turn on hiddenly.
Moreover, in our time, reinstalling the system and all the software on it can be faster than driving to the store for cigs.

Through the manager, open the resource monitor, look for the process tree, and delete it, if it doesn't help, go through safe mode
