he taught himself - here (off docks, EN)
he wrote - here (RU, there is also about redux). In 2018, the second edition was published , the first was read by more than 250,000 readers. (pdf/epub/mobi can be found here ).
Explanatory translation of a good article (react + redux) - on
Habré. I can’t tell you about the video, because I didn’t look at react (but there are two excellent screencasts on redux on egghead.io).
I didn't see anything good in Russian. Unfortunately, on one "educational project", which has already been inserted into the answers more than once - the video course (judging by the first free lessons) - is bad.
ps I am doing the next tutorial project, but have not yet decided whether there will be a video version or not, it is very time consuming.

  • Building app with React and Redux by Rem Zolotykh https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLuNEz8XtB51...
  • Course from Wes Bos on React https://reactforbeginners.com/ There is more on Redux

if you have knowledge of JS, then I would advise you to go through this tutorial: teropa.info/blog/2015/09/10/full-stack-redux-tutor...

If you have basic knowledge of Js and Node, then start learning here https://paqmind.com/courses/react-development
Just fix the received theory along with practice, and learn about the basics of react (JSX, VDOM, etc.), about the state of forms and how to work with hooks.
