I use VPN, a number of sites (reg.ru, pr-cy, etc.) do not work. What could be the problem? (I don't think all VPN's IP addresses are blacklisted).

I don't think all VPN IP addresses are blacklisted

But in vain.
This is the most likely reason if you use VPN services.
If this is your personal VPN server configured by you personally, the reason is most likely something else.
