A library to fully translate ANSI to HTML?

Hello.
In the picture on the left, cat the log file and on the right, just browsing through np++.

I need to find a good lib to fully convert the terminal log into html so that everything looks the same as in the real terminal.
I found ansi_up library but it doesn't understand

[?1l>[?1000l[?2004l[?1h=[?2004h>

, and leaves > in front of strings - even though there are none in cat.
I think the idea is clear, I hope for local help.
