A good paid or free course on the current version of Blender (1.79b or 1.80)?

Preferably with a focus on creating interiors.
The second direction I would like to take is sculpting (creating 3D models for games, human and not so)
Everything that I found on YouTube is too much water. If the video is from a pro, then many steps are skipped there, so it’s hard to figure it out and often they have a lot of additional modifications, not everyone talks about them.

Watch courses from Udemy, there are translations on torrents if you don’t want to buy. Or go to Persia, there is a lot of this stuff.
