A glitch in the manager, cuts off the view of all Tv, how to treat it?

on many modx sites this problem comes out, it
cuts off the view of the area where you enter tv
x-pane is somehow buggy or am I doing something wrong? or the tag is not closed hmm. You can win by writing your own custom css styles, but this is somehow not true, maybe there is someone who has already known the true path?

What version of MODX? What's in the browser logs? What's in the admin logs?
The behavior is abnormal, most likely some files are missing or corrupted, or some kind of conflict caused by a plugin or third party scripts.
Is the code highlighting plugin Ace or CodeMirror?
TV-fields do not have code highlighting by default, so there is some kind of plugin that is responsible for this. Most likely, the problem is in it.
