A free project management system in PHP or Perl?

Only, please, do not throw 10 links to what was found in the issuance of Google. Interested in what you dealt with. Trac and Bugzilla are not exactly the same (the first is in Python, the second is just a bug tracker). You need something like a wiki (for documentation) + bug tracker + time tracker + svn/git integration.

Redmine fits your requirements , but it's in ruby.

At one time I chose Feng Office.
Instead of a wiki, there is work with documents, instead of a bug tracker - tasks.
There is a time tracker.
But at the expense of integration with svn / git - I don’t know, it’s not in the standard delivery.
When choosing, the main criterion was the multi-level setting of tasks and PHP.

try qdPM, I use it for a small project - that's it. Of course, it cannot be compared with redmine, and even more so with Jira. In general, if a long-term project is supposed, I would advise you to look towards Jira.

Mantis + plugins for wiki and svn integration. Integration can be called a stretch, but nonetheless.
