Good evening!
I am one of the developers of a small project - Image Catalyst .

There is an ExifTool project and I wanted to make it possible to run this project using ActivePerl (perl.exe and perl514.dll) on windows.
There is a version for windows on the official site, but I'm not satisfied that this version unpacks data into the %temp% folder.

I wanted to ask for help in implementing this function on the project

What is the implementation? Patch activeperl, or include it in the distribution of your program? What is the issue with the latter?
