A criminal record - a cross on the future?

Hello. The UK opened a criminal case against me, evading the army. There is a high chance that I will be convicted.
Currently I work as a developer in a large Russian bank. Can they be fired because of this conviction?
Is the road to big companies closed?

baby talk.
attributed in the teeth and decide to the military commissar.
so that an adult is rubbed like that ((
you need to know your rights. until you sign for the summons - you don’t mow. and only morons and beggars leave the military registration and enlistment office with a bit of intelligence and money.
and in general. what does it mean to mow down from one’s duties? maybe even will evade paying taxes, will not support your parents over time, maybe you will not feed your children?nonsense. If
I were your boss, I would give a week to resolve the issue and deprive me of the bonus for at least six months.

yes, everyone doesn’t give a shit about your criminal record, there is another aspect, given the fact that now there is a million and one way not expensive to hang out from the army, I would think ten times about whether to hire you, there are questions about mental abilities, there are no questions about a criminal record.

In HR, a personnel officer will get a blow - when he sees a "conviction". They don’t care for what, just a criminal record is a real cross even in an average company. Especially if there is a SB - then in general, but passaran.
It’s easier to settle with the military commissar than to prove all your life later that servants “serve”, and debtors “do their duty”, and slavery was abolished in Russia in 1861. Half will simply be afraid, and there will also be stupid "patriots" ...
In short, resolve the issue with the military commissar, or hire a good lawyer.

Relax, everyone is proudly talking about evading the army. When asked why I didn’t serve, I always say that I’m not a dog to serve and just slacked off.
The power will change and everyone will be proud of political articles. Then you will tell your grandchildren that you refused to obey the requirements of the criminal regime.

When you enter the house, the main thing is not to be afraid! You say "Hey, who is the team leader?", then they will throw bad scripts at your feet and they will watch... You don't pick them up, otherwise you'll get sick!
But seriously, you couldn’t shove?) Right after the university I went to fight with the military registration and enlistment office and got a soldier)) I
squeezed money or what? Call the anti-conscription, where the lawyers will tell you what to do.
Everyone doesn’t care about the article, but what you couldn’t google how to cut off, then the guys from the galley at the social security won’t understand))

50/50. On the one hand, the Security Council of banks really likes to look at people's criminal records, and on the other hand, this is not a particularly socially dangerous act, so they can ignore it.

Not all large companies, in principle, look at a criminal record, just don't mention it once again.

From personal experience - they checked in 3 companies (in Rosneft for example) the absence of a criminal record. In all sorts of sharagas, of course, it doesn’t matter.
