A bunch of devices at the same time?

I'm tired of the wires, I want a keyboard, a mouse, ears and a BT mic.
Tell me how with conflicts with this device if you use it at the same time? and how are they with ping if you play shooting games?

At the same time, it’s ok, only if the Internet is not via WiFi , the
mouse sometimes lags so much that you can’t play solitaire, not very good for shooters
