A book on entering data into a database, creating a data structure, is there such a book?

I want to create a website that will have office numbers and their cabinets, phone numbers, availability of PCs, printers, and there will also be a list of cartridges, and sending cartridges for refills. There are several plans to connect it all, but I don’t know which one is better, in short, a mess in my head, I need some kind of example, or a book ... to help implement such a task ...

"The book on entering data in the database" - that's where the cases somehow do not match. Either "on entering data into databases " , or on "on entering data into databases", or on "on maintaining data in a database". These are, as it were, all different questions.
But judging by in all likelihood, you didn’t read anything in databases at all. And didn’t even bother to make at least one Google query. I strongly advise you to start with this, and there are millions of books, information on the Internet, videos on this topic (really).
But, if you don’t know how to do this, or suddenly you don’t have access to Google for some reason, then here, I entered “introduction to databases introduction” into the search box and please, in a row:
www.codenet.ru/progr/vbasic/vb_db /one.

, study. No one will cook your "porridge in your head" for you.
