65 301 redirects when running through a frog, why?

There are a lot of redirects, I still can’t figure out how to remove them, if they are not registered in htaccess, there is a standard file from WordPress, in plugins for SEO and redirection there is only one redirect from 404 page new / ru to the main page, how to understand in than the problem and exterminate? Just learning seo
