307 Internal Redirect - how to disable in nginx?

Greetings, I came across the fact that on an https site where the redirect from http to https in nginx is disabled, when you go to the http page, a redirect to https occurs! The http request status is returned as 307 Internal Redirect and in the Locaton the path is https.
Along with Location, another header comes Non-Authoritative-Reason: HSTS, maybe it's HSTS?
Then I switched to cloudflare, it was interesting, there is a way to set up Page Rules so that when you go to a certain page from https, a redirect to http occurs with ssl disabled, but it still doesn’t work (

Please tell me how you can (preferably using cloudflare) configure specific page from https to http?

yes, it's HSTS. you need to clear the cache of HSTS records in the browser from which you access the site: https://www.thesslstore.com/blog/clear-hsts-settin...
