Two monitors are connected to the same graphics card (AMD) in extended desktop mode. The problem is that when you make a window active on one monitor, the second becomes less bright and vice versa. The problem appeared recently and without my intervention. Axis - Win 8.1.
This problem appears even if you connect to this computer via RDP (also with two monitors).
