1c enterprise training?

System administration

Having climbed the free network, with requests "1c enterprise 8.3. administration courses" in order to still merge the recordings of webinars in order to learn to more or less understand this product, it comes to the conclusion that there is nowhere. How so??? Come on..?? Well this is one of the leaders in the market and many almost draw .. on him .. I don’t understand anything how to administer this work of art.

There are courses , there are webinars , there are also courses from the 1C company itself and a bunch of others.
There are dedicated forums.
What do you mean by "administrate"?
