Zyxel keenetic II, refused 0 connector, how to revive?

After the last firmware update, the Internet connector refused to work. The globe does not light up. I had to plug it into the 4th Lan and assign it as a Wan connector. Is it possible to somehow revive the 0th connector? And what could be the problem?
