Zooming browser window in safari doesn't apply media queries?

Hello. Faced such a problem. When zooming the browser screen in safari, styles are not applied, only when I remove any style, they are pulled up. When the screen is reduced, everything is buzzing. Can this be fixed somehow, if not, why not?
I'm testing in the browser stack, the same bug is on real
