Number of users - approx. 1500. Yes, it’s clear that it’s impossible to rivet a service on the knee, but how many investments (financial, temporary, etc.) are needed for at least an MVP? What do you need to know and be able to do?

"Mini analogue of Zoom" does not mean anything. First, you create a technical specification, where you describe everything in detail, and on its basis you can already make estimates.

Google has its own analogue, I don’t remember the name, but even with a weak Internet it gave excellent quality and did not interrupt
