Zimbra - how to allow a specific user to watch and send mail from a specific IP?

It is required in Zimbre 8 for one user to set some restrictions so that only he can check the mailbox and send letters only from 1 address allowed by me.
If Zimbra had dovecot, then this would be solved through RestrictAccess during authorization, but how can this be done with cyrus-imap in Zimbra?
