Zentyal=samba+webmail+ftp: how to configure?

I have a small organization. The Internet distributes the router, everything is fine here and nothing needs to be changed. Printers and 3 machines on windows are connected to the local network to the router through hubs, the remaining 12 machines are connected via WiFI. Everything works fine here, except that sometimes for some unknown reason the router hangs, maybe it can’t cope with the load via wifi .. There was a question about exchanging files between machines, as well as accessing files from outside, for example from home or while on a business trip . For a long time, a hard computer on XP was a file dump, it was put behind NAT and everything seemed to suit, but sometimes it fell off and slowed down.
Recently I put Zentyal on an old laptop, registered a gateway in the "dashboard", assigned an ip, easily raised samba from there, everything works like clockwork. An excellent system, however, in zentyal it is also possible to raise mail or zafara, I rummaged through everything, but it was not possible to raise mail by typing or using instructions ... I would also like to take it out of the router, because. many people need it outside the office. Where can I find a zentyal specialist or a good instruction for a beginner, you really need to raise your mail.

The answer does not claim to be quality, but Zarafa is not very skating. Many advise Zimbra.
I myself test Zentyal with varying success, but zimbra works like an hour for 1.5 years. It failed only 1 time, and then because the Raid burned down;).
Yes, and storing (all eggs in one basket) everything on one server is also not worth it. But that's my personal opinion.
