Zabbix sees 7 unknown nodes, I would like to understand why?

The background is that I connected VMware to Zabbix monitoring and those 7 unknown nodes are nothing more than virtual machines, it collects the latest data from them. But why are they in unknown nodes instead of being identified and seen as accessible?
