Zabbix + Jabber. sasl authentication failed. How to set it up correctly?

Good afternoon.
I'm trying to set up alerts from Zabbix 3 to Jabber.
Ejabberd is used as a Jabber server (I tried openfire, the error is one to one).
From the server side, I created an account.
I registered everything on Zabbix. As a result, he tries to connect but gets an error sasl authentication failed
What could be the problem? Who already set up this bundle?
Default ejabberd and openfire settings.
