Youtube data API: what's wrong with video search?

Some youtube data api requests fail. Tell me what could be the reason?
Sample query:
1. Block gmi lane - 0 results, although it finds a lot of videos through a normal search.

2. Block gmi ne - deleted one character and the results appeared.

I don’t know how YouTube searches actually work, but here are a few possible reasons:
1) the substring “pe” was found in the full description of the video or recognized speech, while there was no substring “trans”.
2) a fairly typical solution for full-text search - word normalization - lemmatization, stemming, typo correction and replacement of abbreviations with full words. It is possible that "per" in their dictionary was an abbreviation for "alley", "translation" or any other.
3) exclusion from the search for prepositions.
4) exclusion from the search for short words if they are not found in anyone and there is no normal form for them.
