I am engaged in web development in PHP, I make sites on wordpress, joomla, etc. I want to provide clients with the opportunity to host with me. Most likely I will rent a VPS from hetzner.
There are 2 global questions:
1) how best to build the infrastructure of the web hosting itself (including settings for apache, php, etc.)?

Well, if you have more than one or two clients, then you already need not a VPS, but a Dedicated one. + experience in system administration, experience in optimizing the environment for WP / Joomla, etc. If you do not have such knowledge, it is easier to engage in reselling, or just score.

First, do not use the word "hosting" in the contract, but use streamlined phrases like "ensuring the availability and performance of the site on the Internet."
