I tried 00webhost.com and freehostia.com, but everything is fine there and without ads, but there is a jamb with mail. Only redirection, that is, forwarding, can be used. I need for a trite couple of columns with informational text. without any pictures, etc. stray. That is, an extremely light version :) Even 1 MB of disk space is enough (although this is probably nowhere to be found and everything is from 1 GB) and a couple of hundred or more MB of traffic (well, this is usually 5 GB or more). So, who has any ideas? I would bind the mail separately, and the site on the hosting, but when I registered the NS server, the mail stopped working. Can't they be together? Why then do all registrars offer 5 or more lines for entering NS servers?

1) What does it mean to register NS servers and mail stopped working? Did you confuse NS with MX records?
2) free pop3/imail - would be a heaven for spammers, so I doubt that free mail can be on free hosting. It is better to have mail separately (the same gmail), and site hosting separately.

Why not use Yandex mail or mail.ru? By linking your domain
And you seem to have already found hosting for a business card
