Geolocation

You need an exact definition of the location by IP address. What are analogues of Maxmind bases?

What are the analogues of the GeoIP base from Maxmind? It is necessary for the site, some free databases, like IP2Location, only for free. Maybe someone has the latest base? I need to determine IP addresses as accurately as possible. Now there is Maxmind GeoIP, but it does not determine a certain percentage of addresses, and it also determines some addresses incorrectly. I think it can use several bases at once, somehow set priorities (which base is better, which is worse) ...

There is Sypex Geo , which is a good thing, but a few months ago they cut the amount of data in free databases (eg time zones, etc.), although you can find previous versions of the databases on the Internet.
Not at all on the topic, but here is another interesting material on determining the

Forget about accuracy .. For example, my provider has a pool of IP addresses for the entire region (Regional center + region) and the IP from which I am sitting now from the city, tomorrow someone from the village of Sobakino will have (and we are talking about "white" IP addresses).
