Yota + Torrent?

I am a new user of Yota, but I have already noticed some features of its work.
I'm downloading from a rutracker. For the most part, all torrents are red - in connections with trackers constantly: connection closed by peer
The speed on the first day was 300-900 kb/s
Then, after exceeding a certain limit, it noticeably decreased: 50 - 200 kb/s
I download heavy and quite popular distributions, therefore it is not trusted that people give many distributions with a speed of 2-10 kb/s. + to this, my rating does not change, i.e. like I'm not downloading and distributing. So I find DHT seeds?
And if at the same time I launch a flash drive and start downloading via http, the speed in it can reach 400-600 kb / s, while the speed in torrents does not drop.
Reception: Steady 23 dB
OC: Windows Server 2008R2
Modem: Samsung
Client: uTorrent latest from office. site
Tell me how to deal with it?

Don't fight at all. Their rules say that torrents have a low priority, and they do not allow such traffic in the first place, so as not to infringe on other clients on the same BS.

Connect a normal Internet :)

Well, you can rent a VPS or use a home server (if you have a normal Internet at home), throw a tunnel home (OpenVPN to help) and use the home Internet.
But this, IMHO, is a perversion for the sake of torrents alone. =)

the problem with P2P connection is solved by VPN and Proxy. At the moment, it has been solved with the help of hideme.ru/vpn/#5458f15d9d27d, this VPN will solve absolutely all the shortcomings of the Yota operator (it even works on the phone)

no, kill it.
I suffered for a long time.
However, at first it turned out to be normal to download via VPN from pirate isp. But then he began to slow down.

Try Comstar, they have not seen such a torrent kill. The only thing is that there is a limit of 20 GB, after which the speed of the Internet as a whole drops several times.

When I was on Yota, I found a site where you feed a .torrent file, it downloads it to itself, and then you merge the finished file. Free, fast. But I forgot the address of this site .__. I'll try to remember today.
