Yii2: Why does 504 Gateway Timeout pop up when using scripts?

When using scripts on a production server (Ubuntu+php-fpm(7.0/7.2)+nginx), 504 Gateway Timeout pops up. Locally on several computers everything is fine. If you remove scripts from the code, it starts working. Does anyone know or have any idea why this is happening? And, ideally, how can this be fixed. Thank you.
