Yii2: where are objects of type "$var::object" registered?

Good afternoon!
I'm not familiar with yii2, I came to the site for edits.

I often see constructions in the code of the form $model::Petli, for example, in this form, this line will give me the ID of the "loop" section. Pretty convenient, actually. But I don't understand where it is registered and how can I see the whole list of available names.

Perhaps I am mistaken in terminology, but I hope I was able to convey the general meaning.
