Yii2 to specify in frontend the path to the image that is in the backend?

Hello.
I am using advanced template. Pictures are uploaded through the admin panel and they are saved in /backend/web/uploads/images.
Now I need to display images in the frontend. The path to the database is 'uploads/images/photo.jpeg'.
Can't get it out. Please tell me how this can be done.
I use apache + linux + locale.

If the domain is 1, then it was necessary to save it in the frontend immediately
Or make a symlink
