Yii2 htmlpurifier how to fix?

The guys broke their heads, connected according to the documentation www.yiiframework.com/doc-2.0/yii-helpers-htmlpurif... (HtmlPurifieryii) well, I didn’t use it. Now the Yii problem has registered HtmlPurifieryii somewhere and now there is always an error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class yii\helpers\HtmlPurifieryii\BaseYii

Guys hang up, solved the problem, but this is not a solution. HtmlPurifieryii performs a strange action according to the usage instructions followed.
Somehow magically vendor\yiisoft\yii2\BaseYii.php changed namespace to
namespace yii\helpers\HtmlPurifieryii;
What is very strange when there should be a
namespace yii;
