Yii2 How to fix errors when adding comments module?

I want to figure it out and add myself - the module

I add the comments widget code to the view
An error occurs -

PHP Fatal Error – yii\base\ErrorException

Call to a member function checkAccess() on a non-object

I think the error is in the rights, how to get around it or how to fix it?

Probably, you must first install and configure the RBAC module from vova07?
Did you install using composer? the yii2-users-module module is there in dependencies (and it already has RBAC in dependencies)
