Yii2 city selection with region pullup in search?

Hello everyone
In the search for an input, when a user is looking for his city, the area should be pulled up, because the city itself is located in different areas.
How to do like in the screenshot??? Now I use the widget from the card , there I just pull up all the cities!
I have a list of performers and they chose their city and their region and saved them to the cabinet table, and when a regular user wants to find an artist by category and by city, the region should be substituted so that later he could correctly find those performers whom he chose that category .

Most likely it will not suit you.
In your case, it is better to search by cities, and somewhere in brackets next to the city, display the region/district. If they are in your database.
