Yii2 advanced, ISPmanager and Let's Encrypt?

The ISPmanager panel is installed on the server. Yii2 advanced works through Apache, but forwarded through nginx. In the process of issuing a certificate, you must configure access to such pages http://<domain>/.well-known/acme-challenge/
In /etc/nginx/vhosts-includes/letsencrypt.conf, the setting

location ^~ /.well-known/acme-challenge/ {
  alias /usr/local/mgr5/www/letsencrypt/;
}

Naturally, when checking through the browser, I get 403.
I can’t figure out where to dig into nginx or Apache. If in Apache, then where to transfer this file. Or maybe it will just be enough in .htaccess what to configure?
