Yii CMS, is it worth it?

There was a desire to write something like a CMS or a web application framework on a very cool, in my opinion, Yii framework.
I would like to know if the idea is worth it, because CMS is now a dime a dozen? But for some reason there are not many popular systems with a "normal" core.
+ I am looking for like-minded people or I am ready to join an interesting already developing project.
Thank you.

The idea to write “to write something like a CMS on a very cool, in my opinion, Yii framework” is flawed from the very beginning.
The point here is not the desire to write a CMS and not in Yii, but the fact that it makes sense to write a CMS when a certain idea is formulated, why this CMS is needed and how it will compare favorably with hundreds of existing ones. The fact that it will be written on the basis of any framework is by no means a decisive advantage.
The right idea would be: I want to write a CMS that will implement such and such principles, have such and such unique features, etc. your idea is a failure from the formulation of the problem.

Sometimes it seems that everyone who gets acquainted with yii considers it his duty to write his own CMS, which will be cooler than everyone else. And 80% of these people ask a question like “I want to write a CMS, is it worth it?”. Look at the Russian-language yii forum, there are quite a lot of people who wrote their own CMS and posted the code. You can help them develop, which will save time, you can find like-minded people who also want to write their own CMS. In general, I agree with kotomyava - if there is no idea, then the project is initially doomed to failure.

The only thing I found that looks like a Russian-language project.
The rest is like modules for Yii and English-language hardcode ones. I think it's worth doing

I've made hundreds of thousands of wooden rubles with Yii.
I do not know any CMS and have not found a suitable one for me. I want to make websites quickly and write any web applications on the same tool. Hence the need for a CMS based on your favorite framework.
