The point is that I see these pages in Webmaster. But where can I find them in WordPress itself or hosting folders? Ryl dug, and I don’t understand where and how to find it.

Web master you do not clean. Robots crawl not only your open pages, but also everything that is available. See how many unnecessary pages are in the index, and how many are excluded from it. If those. sections are excluded from the index, so you should not worry.
As for WP, the number of pages may depend on the number of plugins. For example, woocommerce can generate dozens of technical pages. That is, even if you use it as a directory, the cart page will still be present until you delete it.
In general, if pages don't appear in the index, just don't bother. It's no secret that WP has a lot of "extra" functionality, there are a lot of plugins that disable everything unnecessary, but these are superfluous, useless gestures.
