Yandex webmaster does not see backlinks, is this normal?

I look in the Yandex webmaster section "External links" there is emptiness.
But at the same time, https://ahrefs.com/en/backlink-checker shows that there are links
. What could be causing this? Does it mean that Yandex ignored? Or maybe it's been a while?
