Yandex Webmaster can't connect to the site?

Hello!
From time to time I encounter the problem that Yandex.webmaster cannot connect to the site (s).
More than 50 sites are hanging on ubuntu/nginx behind 2 fiber optic channels (load balancer) and only some of them have messages.
When manually checking the connection - everything is ok.
When re-checking Yandex, everything is also ok.
Has anyone experienced something similar?

Forget it, Yandex often has false positives.
But you can also check from the logs whether Yandex nginx bans bots for too frequent calls, and if so, adjust the rule and / or set the crawl speed in the webmaster to be less.
