There is a site, very often I look at the heatmap - a useful thing. I think to change the design and, accordingly, the position of the links will also change. Can I somehow reset the current statistics? Or just create a new site in Ya.metrica?

It makes no sense to reset something when you change the design, remember the date, and build reports from this date - they will already contain information on the new design. And historical data will still be useful to you.
