Yandex maps timeouts, responses of 40-50 seconds. Who was annoyed?

At about 15:30 we noticed that our services where Yandex cards are used began to slow down wildly. It turned out that Yandex.maps take a lot of time, when you go to https://maps.yandex.ru/ the same problem. Maps are loaded from 25-50 seconds, sometimes they fall off altogether.
Are there any representatives of this division of Yandex? When will everything start working normally?
